After 2 weeks of working in Celcom as a phone and postpaid promoter, I learn a lot from this work. Dealing with customers, promoting myself, accepting complains, learning from mistake, respecting the customer's comments and know that I can listen to customer well.
Met a few special customer. One of them are a retired reporter who talk a lot. Another who is an actor in Malaysia. Some of the customer will try to avoid me when I try promote, this will not be a barrier for me to train myself to accept the denial of a customer.
I pray that, Lord will train me and let me learn more about God's creation and His image. Amen.
